Sunday School

Its to hard all the anamalys are not ovious and i its really confusing for my little brain but its a really good idea and with some minor tweaks could be a really good game!

Sunday School takes the increasingly familiar anomaly-detection style of horror and gives it a more personal, unsettling identity through the perspective of a frightened child. Instead of building its scares around combat or constant pursuit sequences, the game relies on observation, repetition, and the uncomfortable feeling that something inside an otherwise recognizable environment has changed. Developed and published by Artur Latkovsky, it is a deliberately compact psychological horror experience that focuses more on atmosphere and environmental storytelling than mechanical complexity. The premise places you inside a distorted Sunday School connected to the fears and traumatic memories of a child. Interloper is a really fast real time strategy game, and the first thing I noticed is how little time I have to think. A match is built to last around five minutes, but that does not mean it feels simple. I am controlling a small group of units, spreading across the map and trying to claim enough territory before I get surrounded. There is no long build order or huge technology tree to deal with. I am basically thrown straight into the important decisions, and I like that because every few seconds can actually matter. What makes it different for me is that I am not trying to completely destroy an enemy base. The main goal is to claim territory by surrounding parts of the map and cutting off my opponent's space. That changes how I think about the whole match. I have to predict where the other side is moving, protect my own positions and look for chances to close off sections before they do the same to me. I like that the game rewards positioning and quick thinking more than simply producing the biggest army. The controls are also much easier for me to handle than a traditional RTS. I'd love to actually do a proper review here, but as it stands, I can't play the game for more than a few minutes before it blackscreens on me. I'm not the only person who has had this problem. It has the obligatory "start the game for the first time" achievement, too. A permanent incomplete game for me as far as achievements go. Lovely. It kind of sucks to not be able to do a review here, because I absolutely love the idea of the dev using his daughter's drawings for the in-game art. It is totally reasonable to expect you to NOT have the same issue as me, so for free, check this one out. Fingers crossed for you.

i like the unique art style and love an anomaly game but this one feels way too simple and a lot of the time it was extremely difficult to see some anomalies but that could just be me the movement also feels really weird and i keep getting the same anomalies even though i know there are more based off of screenshots and the video on the steam page im also struggling to get the light ending for some reason T_T its free though so ill give it that :)

i feel bad cause its a neat premise with legs, but i swear i keep just moving forward and nothing changes at all. maybe its a bug? i dont get it.
