About Anomaly Rooms
You find yourself trapped in an abandoned school classroom, where space is warped, and anomalies lurk in the most unexpected places. Find them to escape — but beware: every choice leads to unpredictable consequences. Psychological tension, hidden threats, and a growing sense of dread will haunt you until the very end.
Game Features
- Attention and Memory Challenge: Memorize the room’s details to spot changes and uncover anomalies later.
- Anomaly Hunting: From subtle shifts to blatant distortions of reality.
- Eerie Atmosphere: An abandoned classroom, chilling sounds, and a constant feeling of being watched.
- Unpredictable Traps: Every action triggers events that can alter the game’s course.
- Story Through Notes: Uncover what happened in the classroom and why you’re here.
- One Exit, Many Paths: But not every path leads to freedom.
How to Play Anomaly Rooms
- Enter the classroom and look around, carefully memorizing everything in it.
- Find the green and red piece and insert it into the "Exit" sign.
- If there are no anomalies — insert the green piece. If you notice an anomaly (new objects, disappearances, sounds…) — insert the red piece.
- The classroom will try to confuse and kill you. Try to survive!
- Find the lock code — it appears after inserting the piece into the sign. Enter the code into the lock.
- Don’t take items to the corridor. Toys, lamps, chairs, desks must stay in the classroom. Otherwise, the exit won’t open.
- Collect the green "Exit" sign and escape the time loop. If you’re doing everything right, the green pieces will stay in the sign. The classroom will try to destroy you. Find the exit. Don’t let it fool you.

Anomaly Rooms is an engaging puzzle game with an eerie, immersive atmosphere and innovative gameplay. Its anomaly-hunting mechanic, where you spot misplaced objects or unsettling details, keeps you on edge and demands sharp focus. At first, I thought there were bugs because certain clues didn’t seem to appear, but I realized this was a clever design choice, adding depth to the plot-driven puzzles. The game feels polished with no actual bugs. However, the music can be too quiet, slightly dulling the atmosphere, and some lock codes are frustratingly hard to find. Overall, Anomaly Rooms is a fresh, brain-teasing adventure, highly recommended for puzzle fans!7 found this helpful
Collect the Green EXIT Sign! At first, I didn’t fully get it, but then I realized: if you’re doing everything right, the green shards stay inside the EXIT sign. Once that clicked, the whole game suddenly became so much more intense. It’s honestly really scary — in the best way possible. The atmosphere keeps you on edge, the scares hit just right, and the challenge in the later rounds is no joke. Every time I moved forward, I felt like I was holding my breath. The game is incredibly interesting and well thought out. I just wish I could play a little longer, because once you get into it, it really hooks you.6 found this helpful
Pretty fun game, I do enjoy most of the levels in the game and the different challenges to face. I like that there is a puzzle involved along with figuring out if there is an anomaly, rather than just Green for safe or Red for not safe, you have to solve a little number puzzle with elements hidden around the room. The notes are also another nice touch, it adds story elements to the game. I definitely want to see more anomaly games adapt their games like this so there is more to do in them. A couple of levels are very annoying to me.. There is 1 where there are 20+ different keypads floating in the air and you gotta figure out which 1 is real (Very boring time waster level). Another level that was difficult is 1 of the last levels you get to is just too dark, even with lamp, there is too much black that doesn't let light through, you can't even see the lasers that well.. I struggled for 10 minutes trying to find the keypad lock, it was just too dark to see anything.. I eventually found it entered the number then died as i couldn't see the lasers due to where the keypad was positioned inside a cabinet.. I feel those 2 levels should be made more enjoyable for the player. A player sh…4 found this helpful

OMG!!! 100/1004 found this helpful
I played Anomaly Rooms, and it’s got a super creepy vibe with the abandoned classroom, which I really loved. It stands out from other anomaly games because it feels like a full-on puzzle quest with fun challenges like walking on the ceiling that kept me hooked. The story from the notes was gripping and pulled me in. But the music was way too quie. Overall, it’s a cool, eerie game3 found this helpful
