Super Climb Up!!

I liked it! Movement feels good, difficult but rarely ever unfair, has some really nice bits of polish like level select levels roughly showing the layout of the level you're about to play. Gotta love a game with a post-game, post-post-game, and a post-post-post-game, and other fun surprises. Pizza Time levels were a definite highlight, I wish there was character dialogue in the rest of the game too because it's weird only learning the personalities of the main characters after having already rolled credits once. I didn't really vibe with Outbreak levels that much, but I guess maybe it's a case of me optimizing the fun out of it, because I gravitated towards items I found overpowered instead of using a variety of them.

This game is gay and awesome. Fun time with plenty of little challenges to be a completionist over, and lots of post-game content to keep you coming back. EPJ does it again.

God I'm so bad at this game, it rules though. No one else has Snurks, that's a niche exclusive to Electric Prune Juice games. Also the fact that restarting is as quick as it is is so nice in a game that rewards you for going hitless (and it's very nice that you don't have to get all the food, go hitless, and go fast all in same run. I'd still be on like world 2 right now if you did).

Super-fun platformer! The rollercoaster-style difficulty of the main game was interesting, and I really enjoyed the postgame content as well! In particular, I enjoy the game experimenting more and more with the Ice Climber format as it goes on, eventually spinning off into its own thing! Can't forget to mention the mechanics themselves, though, which are very solid! I frequently utilized the midair swing during the zombie levels. Speaking of which, they're the highlight of this game for me! I haven't gotten through *all* of them just yet, but I love all the unique challenges they present! There are just enough unique mission types spread across the levels I've played where they never really felt samey! Last but not least, the presentation! The art style is very cute, the sound design is great, and I *really* love the music! Hoping for a Bandcamp release of the game's OST, like with Grey Area! Can't recommend this one enough. :) 10/10!

I cannot recommend this game due to how frustrating going for perfection on levels as early as 8 is. The requirement of not getting hit really should be swapped out for just completing the level as some of these levels are insanely difficult to avoid getting hit while collecting all items and beating it in time. The accessibility feature of increasing your health is also moot with not getting hit as a requirement for perfection. This 1 change would make this game far more fun to play imo.
