An unapologetically cute and colorful little game, it seems quite inspired by the boss battles of Undertale, with many characters that would feel at home there. In a fun spin on the genre, direct shots against the opponent do little and damage comes rather from sending back their bullets using your own. Not all the bullets of the bosses hurt and the ones of a different color are in fact essential to recharge the limited energy at disposal for one's own shots. It takes a minute to learn and then you are sent against a parade of crazy characters, some very creative; my highlight is Professor ABC, who starts sending volleys of bullets shaped like letters, then short words and when it's LOVE, it's all made of hearts! Also Anubis, who's got an air of "What am I even doing here" as he sends advancing barriers. I really got into "one more boss and then I stop", also to get as many alternate palettes as possible (even if some hurt the eyes); you can beat most easily but getting three stars on all, that is more challenging. Characters don't feel too balanced though, Jasper has it easier most of the time because while his shot is narrow, he can fire many before running out of energy.…2 found this helpful

Developed by tiny cactus studio and Tsuyomi and published by tiny cactus studio, Super Glitter Rush is an energetic indie bullet hell shooter that delivers an enjoyable arcade experience by combining fast-paced action with an inventive gameplay mechanic. Instead of following the traditional shoot-'em-up formula of progressing through lengthy stages, the game centers entirely on a series of boss encounters, allowing each battle to introduce fresh attack patterns and memorable visual themes. This focused design keeps the pacing brisk while ensuring that nearly every moment feels purposeful. Its colorful pixel-art presentation and upbeat atmosphere make it approachable for players who may be unfamiliar with the bullet hell genre without sacrificing the excitement longtime fans expect. One of the game's standout features is its unique approach to combat. Rather than avoiding every projectile on the screen, players are encouraged to intercept certain enemy bullets and redirect them back toward their opponents. Successfully collecting larger groups of projectiles dramatically increases offensive power, rewarding players who take calculated risks instead of relying solely on evasive move…1 found this helpful
it was fun until that final fight, to complete it you need to finish the battle under 20 seconds. Its not realy that hard of a game but if you want something cute and simple I would reccomend.
Difficulty like pushing over a carboard cutout. Really thought this would be more challenging. Oh well, I got it cheap.
