Super Orbit

Super Orbit is a free to play mobile app that's been ported to Steam. It's a 2D retro pixel one-button endless "jumper" as you continually jump up onto higher moving platforms, while avoiding baddies and making sure you don't miss and fall. The quality here is quite bad as the screenshots show, monochrome, low effort pixel "art" has been used instead of contemporary PC graphics. This is probably to ensure the game can run properly on the weak mobile devices the game was designed for. While this is free, which is nice, it's basically a mobile app with no merits as a proper PC game, and full of the same compromises that PC gamers don't want to see on PC. I didn't spend thousands on a gaming rig so I can pretend it's an iPhone.

Игра 'Super Orbit' - это простой, но невероятно затягивающий тайм-киллер. Визуальный минимализм в сочетании с динамичным геймплеем создает приятное впечатление. Суть проста: нужно вращаться вокруг притягивающих планет, избегая столкновений и собирая бонусы. Управление интуитивно понятное - достаточно одного тапа для смены направления вращения. Это делает ее доступной для всех, но освоить игру в совершенстве - задача не из легких. С каждым уровнем сложность растет экспоненциально, заставляя продумывать каждый шаг и демонстрировать молниеносную реакцию. Несмотря на кажущуюся простоту, в игре есть глубина. Разные типы планет, бонусы, влияющие на геймплей, и таблица лидеров, подстегивающая соревновательный дух, добавляют реиграбельности. Из минусов можно отметить однообразность визуального ряда, к которой быстро привыкаешь. Но динамичный геймплей с лихвой компенсирует этот недостаток. В целом, 'Super Orbit' - отличный выбор для тех, кто ищет короткую и захватывающую игру, чтобы скоротать время. Рекомендую!

Where at the ball-throwing pin-hitting business, one could find a smaller business located within where small circular metals could be used in games of chance to try and win mundane prizes befitting of a larva... human child... Anyway, those games of chance had a game of chance where one would have to make blocks of light fall upon each other, building a similar tower or bable, befitting of memory for humans' first attempt at contact. If the bricks miss the previous platform of bricks, then the game of chance is lost, and more circular metals are inserted into the machine. This game is like that but with some very nice music, calming, and quiet, to keep you from losing your monkey mind in rage. I like it a lot.
