Despite this game not supporting English & You don't need to know Korean to know what your doing or know the story as the story board makes that clear. Yes, I used Google Translate on my Phone to get more info on the story. So this game is Short, Fun, Beautiful & Really easy to pick up and enjoy. :D I hope this game gets a sequel that has more to offer like a full game because I really did enjoy my play through. Plus this is Free, So why not give it a try. :D4 found this helpful
Pretty enjoyable even if you don't know Korean - used google translate on my phone for menu bits as I accidentally hit "Play from Beginning" instead of Continue. Otherwise, super cute and quick game, can complete in less than 20mins.
타부티(TAVUTI) is one of literally thousands of student projects infesting Steam. It's from ChungKang College of Cultural Industries in Korea (South, I think). While student projects tend to be better quality than most "amateur" made games, we must still question what value such projects have for gamers. As with all student projects, this isn't really a fully fleshed out game, it's just the result of an academic exercise, and as such it has much more limited value as a game than a professionally developed game would have. Educational institutions should not be using Steam as a dumping ground for homework assignments (especially if the students didn't even pass the course). Sure, it helps their marketing and helps the students feel good about themselves, but this is another case of a business putting themselves before the needs of gamers. This student project is a somewhat lulzy consolesque platformer/adventure game. Key issues for me were shoddy console like controls and other console invested sensibilities at the cost of making a decent PC gaming experience, and of course it's a student project so it's short, but not all that sweet. There's no English translation for the game…
Great little game in Nintendo style, which can be beaten within 20 minutes. It hasn't English language support, so I have n oclue what's going on there, but gameplay is similar to the mario series and very intuitive. THis game even has two bosses, which are typical for platformer games and can be beated easily. In any case I enjoy playing this little game on SteamDeck.
Didn't get the story since I don't speak this language, but it was pretty fun. Would love to see a full game like this.
