If you played The Political Machine and thought it needed more dark humor and internet memes, plus you actually wanted to be President after winning, then this game might be for you. ***STORY*** The year is 2040 and nobody wants to be President. Thanks to an experimental resurrection technology that was found on the streets of Baltimore, An intern named Diana has been tasked with getting a revived former President ready for showtime. The campaign runs you through running for President, one term, a midterm election, and running for a second term. The campaign has 13 different endings for you to discover. The campaign I played lasted about an hour and I created a US where money is useless due to hyperinflation but everybody is happy because they are too high to care. Your choices of Presidents are the most recent 5; Trump, Biden, Obama, Bush, Clinton. Who you pick doesn't really seem to affect anything except for roleplaying. A very light election in similar style to Democracy using a 1990s grunge art style. The single player campaign is incredibly short though it has a number of story choices you can make on the way through which seem to contribute to the hellscape board you get on the final level. My first play through, I had a tiny america left and faced Bernie Sanders. The comedy is mostly absurdist. It isn't too indulgent and you can mostly skip it if it isn't your thing. The style is incredibly cohesive, and matches the simple gameplay. Gameplay wise, you have random cards dealt to you, special abilities based on your choices and president, and you can make a building in each state to appeal to one of four demographics. However, that's it. The campaign is all one vs one president duels and, once you've worked out the main strategies, it's fairly easy to win with the primary strrategy being to jump between states and place your single building as quickly as possible. Multiplayer lacks match making and similar features. It uses a system where you generate a code and share it with your opponents. This isn't so bad, but you're going to need to find friends or check in with people on forums. …

fun game, Gameplay is pretty good, and i love the look and design of the game itself. Would love to see what they do with it :)

hilarious writing. i wish american politics were real

It was awesome, real funny and I liked how it used the concept of electoral votes to win the game.
