The Crosley Tower Horror

It took me 68 minutes and two attempts to beat this "game", the first time I fell to the asbestos learning the mechanic. There are no actual puzzles to speak of and the game will shower you with batteries and oxygen (health) items. Don't want to spoil the "ending" such as it is, but I will said I was disappointed overall. 20 years ago for 500MB we got Half-Life 2. These days we get one partial building, no story to speak of, no mechanics to speak of, no game to speak of at all. Paid $2.65, still somehow feel like I got ripped off.

RIP Crosley. What a wonderful tribute and a great game. The suspense was really well done, and the environment was well made; it was truly Crosley Tower, asbestos and all. Make sure you read the notes if you are struggling with the puzzles.

You know its kinda cheeks but as a UC grad I had to give it a go.

I think it's a fun tribute to Crosley tower. I would have preferred if the first document popped up on screen or was sitting on the main table when you walk in. That or if there was a quick reminder for tab for inventory. I definitely walked around blind the first time, but after I realized what the mechanics were I was cruising. I think it would have been extra nice to add in a Burnet Woods mention instead of just "forest" since that's right near there. Either way, definitely recommend giving it a playthrough.

I feel like there is something wrong with my brain after playing this. I give this game a Crosley Tower out of 10.

Toe-curling, sweat-inducing, knee quacking- had me shaking in my custom baby seal leather boots. RIP to Crosley Tower, long may she reign in the hearts of its asbestos-filled alumni. Beautiful recreation, perfectly captured that good liminal concrete tower vibe, clearly done by someone with a passion for gaming and the best building UC ever had
