Wtf is this ending, saving everyone with quick time events the whole game just for the padlocks to kill them all at the end

I think its a good little story, i recommend buying it on special, just due to it being only ~6 hours long. It just baffles me when youre getting chased by a monster how slow they move but yet still catch up so quickly. It is also annoying when people escape the monster and then they just have a chill discussion like 5 meters away from when they were running

Extreme 7/10 game. When playing this game, at times, it felt like better than a 7/10 game. It was genuinely interesting in the opening hours, and I enjoyed what I was playing. It was even a little scary at times, and had a great atmosphere. However, after the first couple of hours, you realize there isn't much to it. The narrative is definitely more interesting than Man of Medan, but it's pretty typical and you've seen it all before. The Silent hill inspired atmosphere is great, and one of the games strong points. Your first playthrough is also great, with a really interesting story and mystery. Unfortunately, this pretty good narrative is completely spoiled by the end. The ending, while is a neat twist that initially is interesting, in retrospect, completely ruins the entire rest of the game. Sure, it makes one character that much more interesting, but every other character is retroactively ruined. And I mean completely ruined. I cannot tell you how much I hate this type of ending in any form of media. The game also gets a lot less scary after the opening hour or two, reusing the same jumpscares that everytime it was about to happen I could instantly tell there was going to…
