As Mike, you find yourself at a highschool reunion where all kinds of memories return to you as you meet your friend Sam. As you explore these memories, Mike discovers more and more about his past - or lack thereof. In the world that Mike knows, everything is just a bit more... vivid.

In addition to a fleshed-out, voice-acted story - The Fanciful Chronicle also features several small minigames. These minigames help you to delve into the world in the way Mike sees it. The gameplay and tone of the story are as fanciful as Mike himself.

The game is truly magical. It delivers a powerful and emotional message, and you can feel the love and dedication the developer poured into it. But beyond that, its message stays with you long after you’ve played. I highly recommend everyone give it a try—it's a short yet beautiful experience.
