The Grappler is a wonderfully crafted, tough-as-nails platformer that will be perfect for fans of not only games like Getting Over It or Only Up but also Celeste or Grapple Dog. With the latest update, controls feel difficult but not artificially so and being able to remap them is rewarding in its own right, trying to find a setup that works best for you. I also very much appreciate the visual indicators on screen that show you if you've used your double jump, dash, or grapple already since there are often times I'd be hanging from a grappling hook wondering if I still had my double jump or not. Being able to see that keeps it feeling entirely my fault when I miss a jump. I'm excited to try and get all the way through it now!
