The Necromancer Cometh! TD

This is a very unique tower defense game. Very enjoyable to play and very much replayable.

This game reminds of the custom tower defense games on StarCraft. I love being able to "maze" my defense with my units. Some feedback: - I started playing the demo before purchasing the full game and I assumed my demo save would roll over but it didn't. - I can only play on my Steam Deck. It works well with the trackpad but wish there was some sort of controller support where the keyboard shortcuts get represented as button keys. - This must be a Steam Deck issue but I wish I could unselect a unit I selected due to a misclick without having to place the unit on the ground and pick it up again.

2-2-26 *** Swapped my recommendation to no. no updates in nearly a year. Game feels unfinished.*** I like this game. It's stylish. The art is quirky, and fun to look at. Very challenging curve in the campaign, I love the addition of the difficulty in the corner. I want more. Which leads to my feedback: Maybe I'm just an idiot, but I couldn't find Survival mode. I open the game, push play, campaign map opens up. I'm not sure I can even reset the game if I wanted to start over. Summary: Fun and stylish tower defense game that "could be better". +5 for playing well. +1 for an entertaining 15 hour campaign. 6/10

A fun indie Tower Defense game with a cute cartoon art style that is pleasant to the eyes, with a more so unique ability to move defenses around and re-maze at will to obtain extra map bonuses every wave.

Finally, tower defence that feels classic, but also new. this one gives me a modernised "flash td game" feel that ive been searching for for a while! seemingly good basic no frills TD games seem to be far and few between. however in comes this gem! now, its not fully old skool 00s classic, it does have some modernisations such as the ability to pathfind (which i love) and ofc there is a light deckbuilding mechanic... BUT you can actually weight this mechanic in your favour and customise your decks. you dont have to have some cards in rotation, and you can actually make others more liekly to appear. overall this is a decent quality, casual fun TD game, and ive enjoyed my time so far! (my play time is lower because ive played the demo a bunch, and it turns out my progress carried over!) anyway, if like me you have been searching for light hearted, non serious Tower Defence games that arent trying to be 20 different genres at once, then this is the game for you. try the demo, get the game, support this dev i think so far the game seems awesome! i love personally the weighting mechanics on the cards, and i love the way progression feels. also it has difficulty options too!
