Verity Lux is straight up fire! Tough challenge but love the steampunk life and getting my detective on! Story is great.

A very interesting world with an immersive lore. With a slow build up, it gets pretty intense the more mysteries you uncover. Pretty chill game with a lot of different dialogue routes to take

I quickly got stuck. Not sure what to do next, where to go. I didn't see any ability to get help early on, and even as far as I got, it wasn't smooth sailing. I'm kinda done with this game.

I have been having a lot of fun well playing this game. It has very interesting twists and turns in the story, and I'm excited to see were it leads. It was pretty easy for me to learn the controls and how the game works. I really like how the choices that you make have different effects, like how at one point characters started to talk about someone that I had totally missed because I had ended the investigation too early. I also really like the cast of characters, they all feel really flushed out, even if they only have a miner role. The only real complaint that I have is that there is a lot of reading that needs to be done, some of the characters dialog is quite winded, and the word use can be rather confusing. Other then that I have been really enjoying this game, and its rather easy to pick up and hard to put down!

If you're a fan of mystery games then this is perfect for you. It's story is captivating and I often found myself in the story wondering if I made the right choice when following leads. The artwork is amazing and character designs are so unique. I can definitely see myself in the future trying out different options to see if it'll change the outcomes.

Personally, the art is pretty, the interactive mechanics of the game are intriguing, and the music fits at each of the locations. Where it turns to a sideways thumb is when it feels too much dialogue is introduced, which, along with that, the narrative becomes a little convoluted to wrap my head around. I do appreciate that the dialogue options actually have correlated concequences/ outcomes depending on what you choose, but the sheer amount of it tests my patience with wanting to progress the plot on Verity's end. This experience is for those who want a detailed and complex world with a lot of characters and personalities.
