this game was absolute slop I played it live on stream Windpress2 found this helpful
A quick, cheap "game" that left me disappointed. Not much of a plot. Kept getting the "bad" ending (I really hate games that add multiple endings just for the sake of making a short game more "replayable") and had to look up how to get the actual ending, which was lackluster. Sorry but this is a no from me.
Holy jumpscares. One of those games where they arent as common but when they do hit you send you out of your chair. You spend a lot of time anticipating them that when they finally hit - sheesh. I enjoyed the game! my playthrough: https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=bSrrE6LU0iM&t=7s
What even was this? I love the cheezieness of this game mixed with the obscurity of what's going on. Make more games. There is indeed a rotting man somewhere........
A little slow and boring.
My Review for The Rotting Man - A Bit Disappointing, But Playable
Overall, the game is functional and you can get through it without major issues, but it didn't quite live up to what I was hoping for in a horror experience. - Pros: + Performance: It's solid—runs smoothly without any hitches or crashes. + BGM: Decent enough to build a touch of suspense here and there. - Areas That Could Use Improvement: + The story feels way too predictable; about 99% of the time, you can guess exactly what's coming next, which takes away some of the excitement. + After finishing a task, there's a noticeable delay before the next objective pops up on the screen, which can feel a little clunky. + The horror atmosphere doesn't quite hit the mark; it could use more polish to really draw you in and make things feel eerie. + There's no settings menu at all, so you can't tweak things like controls or graphics to your liking. - In the end, it's an okay play if you're just looking for something quick, but I wish it had a bit more depth and refinement to make it stand out.
