About The Sexy Brutale
You're a masked observer trapped in a time-looping mansion casino where elaborately orchestrated murders occur every 12 hours, and you must uncover each guest's secrets and environmental clues to break the cycle and save them. Gain supernatural mask abilities by solving murders—from time manipulation to hearing whispers to seeing spirits—each unlocking new ways to investigate and prevent the increasingly grotesque deaths.

All the guests are being murdered — horribly! — at this extravagant masquerade party set all across the sprawling and bizarre Sexy Brutale casino mansion.
Then at midnight, the clock re-winds and the grisly pantomime all plays out again in exactly the same way.
You awake on the floor of one of the rooms wearing a mask with a bloody handprint across it. It protects you from the worst of the evil that lays across the mansion, but you can only watch, and spy, and try to learn each guest's secrets so you can save them from their bloody fate.

10 unique and grisly murder scenarios
- Witness evisceration by arachnid! (highly creepy!)
- Observe expiration via immolation! (they burn!)
- Behold perishing through perforation! (the spike goes right through!)
...and so many more murderous mysteries to solve!

Everything in the mansion happens on a 12 hour loop, simultaneously
- What is the gunshot heard across the mansion at 3:45?
- Where is the bell that tolls after 6pm?
- Why are the lights flickering every day after noon?
...it will not stop until you stop it!

Is everyone in this place a weirdo?
- Clockmaster Sixpence - a genius mechanic who cannot outsmart a bullet?
- Blind artist Trinity - so beautiful and talented, but gets into a sticky situation?
- Brutish bouncer Clay - not strong enough to stomach a shot of pure spider venom?
...they just won't stop being murdered by staff in gas-masks!

Every life you save grants you a new ability!
- Not a second to lose? The Clockwork Mask grants control over time!
- Murderers whispering their secrets? The Moth Mask picks up the quietest of sounds!
- Ghostly goings-on? The Voodoo Mask opens your eyes to beyond the grave!
...but for every new power comes new responsibilites!

Absolute peak stuff right here! The plot, the mechanics, the visuals, the music, everything! I love this game. Super fun to play. Quite thrilling, facinating and unique. I completed it in one sitting which is very very rare for me. It's quite gripping and I left fully satisfied. Man it's so hard to write a review without spoilers.1 found this helpful
I don't remember buying this, it was fun, I quite enjoyed it, but I don't think I would've conciously bought it, in terms of a review, idk what the takeaway should be1 found this helpful
A charming game telling a rather simple story using a time loop. It does one of my favorite things in games: it presents you a place where things happen on their own. Think Talos I in Prey, or Citadel Station in System Shock. The place feels real, and so do its inhabitants and systems. In this game, it's a mansion with bars, a theater, and a casino, with a number of guests dying under mysterious and not-so-mysterious circumstances. You get to observe all that to your heart's content, thanks to the time looping mechanic, and act when necessary to alter certain outcomes. The time mechanic allows you to rewind time to the start of the day at any point in time, as well as advanced time to 4 or 8 PM at certain locations. The writing is great, and guest dialogue is delivered successfully through perfectly timed texts; there's no voice acting here. It is very satisfying to watch guest conversations and monologues as you work your way through the mansion and piecing together what's happening, how they're dying, and how to save them. The game is easy, so don't expect hard puzzles or deep mysteries. The story builds up to a finale that explains why everything's happening, and while touchin…
Luv me time loops.
i really hated the final plot twist, but the experience of playing this was fun enough that i will forgive the game for it. a good time.
SUCH A FUN GAME!! The end got a bit sloggy, but the artstyle is so amazing and the different puzzles for each guest is so FUN!
