Three Kingdoms 2025 阿达三国志2025 is a surprisingly detailed strategy game that took me a little while to fully understand. It uses the Three Kingdoms setting but focuses heavily on turn based tactical battles and careful planning rather than simply telling a historical story. I enjoyed the feeling of having to think several moves ahead because even a small positioning mistake can completely change how a battle develops. The battlefield is based around unit positioning, attack ranges and character abilities. Different troop types have different strengths, so I have to think carefully about where I put each unit and which enemy I should target first. I liked that the battles reward careful planning instead of just throwing my strongest character toward the nearest enemy. The generals are the heart of the progression system. I can recruit famous figures, customize their skills and equip them with different gear, which gives me plenty of room to build a team around the way I like to play. Still in prologue 3 after ~10 hours. So far so good - had strategies gameplay, almost a single player game so far. Game will reset everything going into Chapter 1, so I don't know how that would look then.

I thoroughly enjoyed playing for over ten hours at a stretch. The game features krypton gold, but it is not mandatory to engage with it. The ingots provided, along with ten consecutive rounds each day, are sufficient to progress through the levels. It's important to note that the battles are quite engaging, allowing for strategic escapes. Players can combine positions and skills to formulate effective strategies. However, the current content feels somewhat limited, and I hope for future updates. I will remain attentive to any developments. In this game, players can recruit heroes from the Three Kingdoms, assemble an ideal team, and dominate the world by conquering cities with minimal casualties, in the shortest time possible, and employing the best strategies.
