I made my mark on a world that was ever so crumbling around me. Very strange small game. Had a disproportionately large impact on me, and I didn't expect to love it as much as I did. If you want to kill a few hours in the most bizarre way possible, and be confused at how much you enjoyed an objectively questionable game, then you should play Ticket.

I love games that look like this. I thought there was a lot of creativity in it and I was impressed by the level design even if at times it can be a little bit tedious. At times I was thinking it was akin to a puzzle platformer. I don't really like story in games anymore and there's a lot of text, but it's skip-able so no prob. story was absurd, which is funny and cool. I will likely play again to get some more achievements, but I don't think I'd 100% it. Overall I love it and I would like to see more games with this style. Looking forward to playing more magicdweedoo games.

This game was a lot more popular in my head than it actually is. I remember when it came out, my friends and I would reference the trailer video all the time. The description doesn't lie, this game INNOVATES in the audio-visual enhancement department. I can't say that this is the best platformer ever made, but it's one I always love coming back to. I originally bought this game on itch, but bought it again on Steam because I just love it. There's no other game in the world that has a style quite like Ticket. It's charmingly primitive, very reminiscent of old Clickteam games, but never cliché, or low-effort feeling. It's raw, unfiltered, and really in it's own special category. The gameplay of Ticket consists of running and jumping around confusing levels, reading cryptically hilarious dialogue, and truly experiencing what it means to "play Ticket." Every level has it's own stupid mechanic you're going to begrudgingly accept. There is nearly 0 raw game design here; it's all art, it's all passion, it's all the real experience of being a game developer. And I genuinely love every single second of it. This is not a game for people who want to play another Super Mario Bros boring by-…

I should not like this one as much as I do. In terms of actual gameplay, this is average, with some levels being confusing as to where to go. But damn, if you want a game where you like it despite all of it faults, this is the one for you. Nice and short too.

Why? Why.... Why is this game actually good? I mean it shouldn't be. I mean, just look at it. LOOK AT IT! It looks Awful! But it isn't. It's good. It's a drug trip, but it's good. I...um...ya, I have nothing more to say. Thumbs up, I guess, hurray?
