About Tilting Tiles

Tilting Tiles is a unique movement based puzzle game. Guide the tile through each level’s environment while collecting every item within the move limit. Your goal is to find the most efficient route possible. Examine each level carefully to solve your way across the terrain using special moves and the environment to your advantage to stay within the move limit.

Tilting Tiles is a minimalist puzzle experience built upon a simple premise that contains puzzles that provoke deep thinking.

Each time you move, you add to your move count. In the bottom right corner of the game screen there is a counter alerting you to the amount of moves you are allowed to use per level. To clear a level, you must collect every item on the stage. Between the item placement and the move limit, a unique puzzle is formed. Each level is a new layout of routing challenges. You must analyze the level and determine what route to take. As you progress you may discover that you did not calculate your moves correctly or that you misunderstood what would happen down a certain path. This is part of the learning process and you can instantly restart a level anytime you get stuck or use too many moves. Once you use up all your moves you can no longer move the player. The level does not immediately restart however, so you have time to study your mistake before you re-attempt the level.

Can you guide the lost tile to victory?

Good for a thoughtful, lazy afternoon of puzzle solving. Minimalist interface helps keep your focus on the puzzle. I will say, a couple of the puzzles made me wish for a way to change the perspective, but well done overall. I like exploring a little first to see where the ferries and elevators go in later levels and then resetting and planning my route.

A fun, simple puzzle game. Control options could be better but otherwise a nice little experience with enough content to substantiate the 5$ asking fee. Check this one out if you like puzzle games that don't wrack your brain as much as a baba is you or a stephens sausage roll

At the time of this review, I have beaten 24/58 levels. I found that I had genuinely lost track of time while playing, enthralled by the challenge of each stage. The game does a superb job of progressing the difficulty and introducing the special moves with each passing puzzle, making sure the player carefully considers their path and utilizes their special moves properly. I yearn to finish this game promptly and recommend it to anyone looking for pleasant, rewarding puzzle game to add to their library.

My honest review of Tilting Tiles, this game is a perfect casual game if you looking to unwind after a long night at work. This game is casual enough I could see this being a popular mobile game, but I think the graphics and seeing it on the large screen do the game justice on PC. The only confusing part for me was that I needed to restart the level via the space bar, I'd prefer to just have the level auto-restart when I fail a stage. Other than that, some of the levels were super difficult, others were pretty easy. I've definitely got stuck on a few levels and took me multiple tries to get passed each level. Don't be fooled, these puzzles are really challenging which keeps the game interesting. Nice work Tree Fall Studios!
