Tits and Shadows

ENG: Although I received the game for free, it pleasantly surprised me and would definitely buy it, the art of the characters is pretty nice, the story is quite dark and for adults, and what surprised me most is the huge amount of content and side quests. For the price, a bargain. ESP: Si bien aclaro, lo recibí gratis al juego, me sorprendió gratamente y sin dudas que lo compraría, el arte de los personajes esta muy lindo, la historia es bastante oscura y para adultos, y lo que mas me sorprendió es la enorme cantidad de contenido y misiones secundarias. The combat is bad, like incredibly bad. For a start the AI is very dumb and not in a good way - they basically gang up on your weakest party member without any variation, killing it in one turn most often. There is a cheat mode that supposed to allow you not to think of combat and enjoy the story, buuuut... it doesn't actually skip combat, just gives you level 25, which for some reason made also all of the enemies stronger too. Speaking of story, the writing so far is very meh, the sex scenes are not very good either - no description of what is happening, just 2-3 pictures one after another and that's it.

As a fellow game developer always playing NSFW/adult games is SO refreshing to see some good diversity on a hentai game, without making it feel out of place. The game is clearly aimed at cis man and maybe lesbians, with a classic male power fantasy setting, with all the tropes; OP main character, a harem crazy for you, over-sexual people in a fantasy setting, but said characters are trans, cis women, gay, bi, whatever they wanna be, and it feels just right. If you want to enjoy a solid story and a great jRPG, and want to add lots of boobies and sex, it does not get better than this. I've a little over an hour of playing on SteamDeck and not only the game runs wonderful (not a given even with pixelart games), but the small form factor is a perfect place for a quick session with my OS as a couch player, before sleep. This game is the PERFECT foreplay, if you catch my drift.

Casual game with some pretty good art

Since the dev is thinking of remaking this game, I figured instead of a review, I’m going to give a list of things that can be improved or could be better. Cause there’s a decent game here and I want to see it get better. As for things that are already fine: The artwork(except one), the basic dungeon design, the general layout of the world, the puzzles, the gathering mini-games and the opening dungeon teaching you combat how works. 1: Localisation: I don’t know if the dev asked someone to translate or they used Google translate, but they need better proofreader. Outside of odd lines that made me confused like how Lisa and Mammy talk to each other, there are several typos, placeholder text or odd words that kept pulling me out. Like when you get a new party member and their special skill is just “Skill.123”. Or the mayor rewards having the word “acrida” next to it for some reason. Or in a random line of dialogue with a nun, I saw <> in the middle of a word and that screamed untested. And these are issues that can be seen in the demo. Stun-lock sim, Out of party of 2 , only one will ever be able to act, Some times more than not, you wont have any acting characters for at least 5 rounds . I beat the wendigo with only one active char for 10 rounds, only because it missed 3 times . Every other enemy i fought, has every status ailment you can give to any one, i suffered from sleep, fatigue, stun ,blind and poison all at the same time some for up to 9 rounds and some for 7 and 4 . rounds.
