You will need to optimize traffic flow. Preprogram traffic light patterns, place road signs to divert or block traffic, increase speed where is necessary, hit GO, and watch the traffic flow.
You will have to reach the target TRAFFIC FLOW QUALITY.
You are the traffic manager. You will decide which and when the traffic light should turn green.
You will have to spot problematic places, where traffic jams occur and divert traffic using road signs.
This is not a real-time action game. You will be required to decide and prepare traffic logic in advance and program it.
Prepare green lanes for best traffic performance and throughput and watch them flow.

This game seems small, from the initial look, but the levels are really nicely done and will make you think and spend more time than you would guess by first looking at them. Would definitely recommend to people who like to solve puzzles and automate things! P. S. Very simple game, might be OK for people who haven't played much of city builders. Would be nice to play on touchscreen device, but too simple for PC.2 found this helpful
The game crashed after 14 minutes of play and it had difficulty launching in the first place. The map graphics are pretty rough but that was fine. The gameplay seemed interesting for the time I managed to play. The interface is messy and hard to keep track of, which for me was the most disappointing part of the game.
