Truck Driver

I can't recommend Truck Driver. Aside from the actual gameplay - as the following problems have prevented me from really experiencing any of the gameplay - it is nearly impossible to configure controls as you'd expect, particularly if you try use a wheel or controller with the game. It's also locked at 60 FPS. Overall, a very bad PC port.

It's not ATS or ETS2, but it's also a cool game to play. The transport jobs are more personal with npc's and a little story around. You earn xp during the missions but also while driving good. The controls are good with the Xbox controller but with no many options like the other mentioned truck games. Graphics are very clean but not fantastic and the environments are wel done. The AI of the cars are sometimes really stupid, they stop without any reason, or crashes with another. Sometimes they dissapear after a crash or stupid stop. But overall I like this game, it has its charm. Graphics 7/10 Sounds 7/10 Gameplay 7,5/10

It's so much fun sitting at red light after red light non stop. 35 seconds it takes to go green. Always having to go the speed limit too or you get a ticket. I get the game wants you to obey laws. Really takes the fun out of it. Plus the controls are just awful.

Decent overall. I gave it a thumbs up at first, but it wastes your time A LOT. You get a mission, just for it to send you next a garage where you could have fast traveled to and started the mission from there. Mission givers in the middle of nowhere and you have to drive to them every single time, just to get the mission. Get it on deep sale, or don't, nothing is lost. This has better things for me compared to American Truck Simulator and ETS, not saying this game is better than those two games obviously. - It is mission based. - Jobs are much faster/shorter because the map is smaller. - Skills themselves are cool, and you get bonuses for safe driving, etc, however, skills rewards are bad, it's 1%, 2% which is a big disappointment, and getting a level in safe driving for example gives money, would have much rather 10% reduction in damage or something like that, more meaningful rewards in general. - Stamina is annoying, same as traffic violations, you could turn them off in ATS, which I very much preferred. - AI is really stupid, way too many accidents.
