Truck driver is a glitchy game where you get your F***g hair off everytime the A.i traffic crashes into something and you rear end them, cost over 10k just to fix the truck, the storylines are good from the characters. Your truck is limited to 90 KMH where as a farm tractor goes faster then your truck. The traffic drives very mad and not slowing down or stopping at stop signs. The graphics are good mostly the night sky and the sun sets. Some missions fail upon delivery or taking them. You will lose your camera views after watching a cutscence from the hidden roads This game is a joke, no updates or bug fixes for ages, i was waiting for it to be fixed but this is the final review DO NOT BUY I do not recommend it as its too buggy and glitchy 2/106 found this helpful
Honestly, if you want better graphics, cheaper and to take up less space than ETS2 this is it. Never lags btw2 found this helpful
It's not ATS or ETS2, but it's also a cool game to play. The transport jobs are more personal with npc's and a little story around. You earn xp during the missions but also while driving good. The controls are good with the Xbox controller but with no many options like the other mentioned truck games. Graphics are very clean but not fantastic and the environments are wel done. The AI of the cars are sometimes really stupid, they stop without any reason, or crashes with another. Sometimes they dissapear after a crash or stupid stop. But overall I like this game, it has its charm. Graphics 7/10 Sounds 7/10 Gameplay 7,5/101 found this helpful
I can't recommend Truck Driver. Aside from the actual gameplay - as the following problems have prevented me from really experiencing any of the gameplay - it is nearly impossible to configure controls as you'd expect, particularly if you try use a wheel or controller with the game. It's also locked at 60 FPS. Overall, a very bad PC port.1 found this helpful
The best in this genre, in terms of graphics and optimization! Its the only game that I can run on max settings in 4k and even the weather doesn't impact the performance! But honestly, my fav is still ETS2, even though it would be can unfair comparison.1 found this helpful
