What Steam players say

"Two Worlds II HD - Call of the Tenebrae" is, well, at first look, a viable third person brawler. Well, looks can be decieving, or in this case, outright lies. This is a DLC for Two Worlds II that the developer, in a case of sheer, unmitigated, hostile greed, dumped onto Steam for the ridiculous, delusional price of $20 USD. Sure, yeah, they routinely discount this heavily so they can sell it to card farmers (more on this later), but as always, games must be judged by their retail price... otherwise, we admit the pricing is deceptive (because if it's only worth $1, why sell it for 20 times the price? That would be unethical!) Now, as a game, it does feature customisable controls and resolution, so at least some of the basic, minimum requirements have been met. It does work and it can be played.. but of course there's little value because this is just a content-sparse DLC and not a full game, even if it's being sold as one. Remember what I said about developers deliberately misleading gamers? I mean, yes, they admit it's just a DLC, but that doesn't make it okay for them to sell this as a full game. In fact, it makes it worse, it's an admission of guilt! It's also bloate…2 found this helpful
Great Graphics for such an old game. Good story line and easy to play. Only problem I had was the fact that there is no manual.1 found this helpful
This game crashed on me at least 10 times, it's janky, awkward, and probably sexist, but it's got just enough heart of the original Two Worlds Two spirit to remind you of how cool that game was.Weep openly at the loss of a promising franchise lost to video game history1 found this helpful
