About Ultima Adventum
PRESENTATION
Hundreds of years ago a war was fought between two ruling nations for the right to inhabit a new world, free from the menaces of The Blight, that plagued the Original World. Now, loyal and powerful members of the nation that lost are trying to open the portals so they can make the crossing as well, which will lead to a new war and catastrophic destruction.
It lies upon the shoulders of Alana and other three Arises, fated individuals, to stop what is to come. Through the darkest dungeons and longest journeys, they must build the courage and power to save their world.
Ultima Adventum is a classic 2D RPG in the style of Opaline and Midnight's Blessing.

Basic RPG. Seems linear. For those trying to figure out where you access the guide book, right click the game in steam, select manage, select local files, click on the guide book. It is about 45 pages long and includes maps, secret rooms, basic explanations, and treasure or item lists for each map. Worth it on super 80% off sale if you are a completionist. Not needed if you have a basic understanding of RPG. 12 minutes into the game, it is fun if you are looking for a basic RPG. The game has a lack of modern character creation, it is linear, has limited mobs, and basic cheat lists available online.3 found this helpful

There are many reasons why someone plays an RPG like interesting story/characters, good fights or even because it looks good. Well, not one of the above counts for this game: the story is ..eh is there an story? You just get thrown into something and than swim or sink. The characters are..well I played for little over 3 hours and the characters are so dull they just fit the usual RPG standard: Wizard/Monk/Archer/Healer. The fights.....even for an RPGMaker game it is poor to use the standard enemies. And the graphics....maybe 10 (or more) years ago it would be good for an RPGMaker game...but this one was published in 2021...so the graphics are more than poor. Not worth even if it is on sale with 100% discount.1 found this helpful
It's a very bare bones, cookie cutter JRPG style game. Story did not captivate me to go on more than an hour.
