Seven years ago, Leo gets a request from his boss to come in to work late one night. When he gets there, his boss invites him to come up to his office. But Leo faces some obstacles trying to go upstairs, for something (or someone) is trying to stop him...This remastering of moral-testing adventure/puzzle RPG "Underway" will give you chills in places you didn't know you could get them! With a deep and intriguing story to boot, you'll have a great time getting lost in the world and story! Features: -Intriguing and original story-An upgraded game engine that runs the game much better than ever before! It was pretty good, makes me wonder a couple things with the game, if there is more secrets to the game. I went in the game files and noticed there are four sprites I could not encounter and wonder if it was in the game in some fashion or beta models or what not. Edit 1: Can't wait for your other game releases, I love the 8 bit type of style games, you should def make another 8 bit story game.2 found this helpful
hey there matt! i beat your game.. i think. im pretty sure. i remember on twitch you suggested that i could show you a playthrough. since that's not an option, i offer the next best thing: [url=https://files.catbox.moe/w2dyxo.png]the series of liveblogs i sent to a groupchat with two of my friends, condensed into one image with my thoughts & review, and some fan art to boot :^) spoilers within!![/url] TLDR: underway was certainly an interesting game, moreso after i realized it was not in fact THAT short + the credits were a fakeout. there's obvious and potent inspiration from OFF, which nothing could ever make me dislike. the music is pretty good. it made me giggle at a few points which i'm not sure were meant to be funny, but it still workss the combat system is tedious, which i presume is on purpose based on later dialogue i was quite confused by the story at points (like whether leo is supposed to be sympathized with) or wished it was more fleshed out. tho some of that could just be me overall it's a pretty solid 2-hour-long rpgmaker game. worth my $1.29 and i hope to see more things from you in the future, keep doin what you're doin ^.^1 found this helpful
