Uphold The Realm

The game has not been updated since April of 2021. My game is also not allowing me to progress through level 2. Not going to recommend this game unless the developer comes back and starts working on the game again.

This game is the epitome of good game design and story. in my opinion there is no better game on this planet or any other. give it a try and you will see how addicting it is.

GREAT game that is polished and fun! The game play loop is satisfying and the interactions with the bow are great. This game perfectly walks the line of challenging without being impossible as the later levels throw tougher enemies at you that require active participation to defeat. There is a large variety of enemies with great models, each time I play I feel like I encounter a new one. Below I have listed some improvements to the game that I would like to see, but even in its current state I think this game is a must download! 1. A 2x time modifier. Sometime even 1.5x is a little slow on replays of the early levels. 2. A popup whenever a new enemy type is introduced explaining what it does. I did not know the wizards affected towers or that enemies had armor until I checked the Steam page. I still don't know how armor works. 3. A sleeker menu system. No need for two buttons to travel between the map and the room scale, a single button could toggle. Have unavailable options grayed out. 4. More weapon/tower upgrade options. I would also like there to be an element of strategy there that forces me to choose one upgrade over the other, a branching tree that doesn't let me select ev…

It's okay, i wish they would have done away with having a large amount of waves. 1 Wave per level and have interesting enemies. I got tired after the 3rd wave out of 7 waves of the same slime and troll monsters. I wouldnt mind an arcade or mode where you have only one wave of interesting monsters. One other minor gripe is being teleported to the middle of the road its a little jarring when enemies pass through you. Would recommend placing towers that the user can occupy instead.

I need more rewards for finish the first a few waves, more positive feedback for killing the monster and clear the wave. I spend all my gold at beginning of the game, finished 3 waves with my bow and it gave me 10+20+30, 60 gold coins, which is not enough to buy the cheapest tower. I feel punished, not rewarded. It feels like playing inferior Longbow in The Lab. Also please add better sound effect and death animation for the red small monster because shooting them is so boring right now.
