Let me start off by saying I think the dev nailed the gothic brief with the game's underlying sense of unease and foreboding! The art style is dark yet cozy, and the puzzles are simple yet fun. Truly an impressive first draft by a first-time dev! However, that's the thing - URLate feels more like a first draft than a finished game. As others have said, the pathing and click detection are clunky, and the ending is super anti-climactic. Cons and my non-rec aside, the dev shows so much promise! If they keep taking on players' feedback and manage to clean up the controls and flesh out a storyline (all that suspense needs a payoff!), Not a Crow has the potential to be an absolute indie darling! Little bite sized adventure. Clever puzzles. Enjoyed. Recommend it.
Some nice puzzlses
I absolutely LOVED the game. Its simple and has avesome scary vibes and the music adds a whole lot. Though i wish the game was longer. Can't wait for the Not a Crow!
