Визуальный стиль, выполненный в мягких пастельных тонах, создает расслабляющую атмосферу, идеально подходящую для неспешного решения задач. Музыкальное сопровождение ненавязчивое и хорошо дополняет игровой процесс. Сами головоломки достаточно разнообразны и требуют не только логического мышления, но и внимательности к деталям. Порой, решение кроется в неожиданных местах, что заставляет мыслить нестандартно. Уровень сложности хорошо сбалансирован: задачи не кажутся непосильными, но и не решаются мгновенно, поддерживая интерес на протяжении всей игры. История Анжелы, хоть и не отличается особой глубиной, достаточна, чтобы придать мотивацию путешествию по красочным локациям. Отдельно хочется отметить интуитивно понятное управление и отсутствие навязчивой рекламы (если это мобильная версия). В целом, 'Angela's Odyssey' – достойная игра для любителей головоломок, желающих расслабиться и приятно провести время. Рекомендую.

I had no idea what was going on nor what I was supposed to do. Sometimes there was a hint button, sometimes I just clicked everywhere on the screen. I quit in the middle of it when the hint button did nothing and clicking around did nothing.

I mean, it was free. Still, it's not clear whether or not there's any message in this story. It's never clear why you're doing what you're doing. If the game didn't give you hints, I probably would have quit pretty early on. The sound the fox makes is unpleasant. There's a hint of a world here that I'd like to explore more of. I wish the game wasn't so short and maybe included a guide of some kind to get the player oriented. I felt like it was trying to say something, but it never really arrives at a point.

This is an extremely primitive puzzle game, assumedly a developer starting out and finding their feet. If you can look past limited graphics, physics, sound quality and story, go for it - particularly for a free game.
