Veggies War

Lachanophobia is an unwarranted or an irrational fear of vegetables. The word originates from Greek Lachno, meaning vegetables; and Phobos, meaning fear or aversion. Many people dislike vegetables and avoid eating them; however, in case of Lachanophobes, the dislike or hatred actually turns into a full blown panic attack at the mere sight or thought of vegetables.

Good game but my only problem is that there should be a small pause after you go inside a room so the player can not be lost while a bunch of monsters are attacking them. Also maybe try making the carrots a little slower.

Gun violence. Bread. Pea shooters. And a little bit of war crimes. What else could I need? Nothing. Its amazing..

A very cool 2D shooter where we play for a piece of bread. In the game, we have to shoot away from all kinds of vegetables, like peas, pubs, etc. The game is very cool and I recommend it!

Veggies War is a small but fun top-down shooter where you play as a piece of bread fighting off crazy killer vegetables. The idea is goofy in a good way, and the pixel art gives the game a nice retro vibe. Random rooms keep runs from feeling repetitive, and unlocking new abilities room by room adds a bit of progression. It’s simple, a bit chaotic, and easy to jump into for a quick session. The game could use more variety in enemies and maybe a bit more polish, but overall it’s a cute, fast-paced little shooter for when you just want to turn your brain off and blast some angry veggies.

I really wanted to enjoy Veggies War, but unfortunately, the game was a big disappointment. The controls feel clunky and unresponsive, making it frustrating to play. The level design is repetitive, and after a few rooms, everything just starts to feel the same. The pixel art looks very basic, and the enemies are not interesting or challenging. There’s a lack of polish everywhere, and even the random rooms can’t save the game from feeling boring. It’s hard to recommend this game to anyone, even at a big discount... 2\10
