Calling this a game is a stretch of epic proportion. All the player can do is drive the ships, no control over ANYTHING else. Boring, boring, boring, as I write this, it is on sale for $0.99, not worth it. Buy this "Game", if all you want to do is watch the opponents shoot at each other as you drive by. I am really disappointed in Totem games for what is obviously a money grab.5 found this helpful
This is an absolute historical masterpiece and it only costs your left kidney and your unwanted child. Victorian Admirals Samoan Crisis 1889 has taught me a lot about the creation of the universe. The 2 factions that you are allowed to play have literally no difference in-between them and the AI is impossible to kill. The sounds made me want to cream myself as you can't turn it down and it just sounds like nuclear explosions.5 found this helpful
For me, This is not a game. Almost no hitting feeling. There is some physical engine experience but no excitement at all. I destroyed 4 out of 5 enemy ships during battle. That ships looks like sinking but nothing more than that. No explosion, no floating sailors, nothing dramatic at all. If you want this game more batter, you need x5 or more speed boost and some hitting effects by gun fire. Also make some ending or summary after a battle please.4 found this helpful
No. Just no. Maximum time acceleration is x2 whuch is really slow, simple steering, no damage control, no formation control, only one scenario playable from two different sides, both having 5 nearly equal ships. Also buggy - the game is overly dim. The only redeeming quality of it: that early ironclads era, to which I know no alternatives. It feels more like a demo of an actual game, but where's that game? I paid for it.
oh i love the simple and amazing gameplay this offers, sounds are ok. music is great. buy it its great!
