About VR Archeology: Secrets of Kulikovo Field
Fought on September 8, 1380, the Battle of Kulikovo is considered one of the biggest events of the 14th century that united Rus peoples. Scientists continue searching for traces of the battle. Now you can also join an archaeological expedition, find and restore artifacts to re-enact those historical events.
Swords and spears, armor and arrows, coins and bullets. Dig into the artifacts from different eras with the opportunities offered by a field laboratory. Game developers spent time in the Kulikovo Field Museum depository to recreate accurate copies of real archaeological finds collected over decades.
Learn about Russian warriors’ full armor and its actual weight, and archers’ medieval multitool. You can witness scenes from across the ages that the Kulikovo Field remembers.
Reconstruct a combat bow and test it at a shooting range. Pick an arrowhead to hit different types of armor. Practice your aiming skills and get promoted to the next military rank.

VR Archeology: Secrets of Kulikovo Field is a free VR experience by a Russian dev about Russian ancient history. It worked on my HTC Vive system to a point. Epic game breaking bug, stuck in tutorial, cannot teleport, cannot progress further, because of bad binding for Vive. Don't bother downloading this broken free "game".7 found this helpful
Before I played VR Archeology: Secrets of Kulikovo Field, I had a small pp, no friends, no gf, depression, and no life. These things havent changed, but the game is pretty good
2 found this helpful
The game gets stuck in tutorial on Reverb G2, similar to how other users describe it for HTC Vive. The teleportation actually worked for me, but after that the game wanted me to put tablet into chest pocket and it kept falling on the ground instead, stopping the game progress. VR Archeology/paleontology actually sounds like a great it idea for an educational and interesting experience. So I hope the game will be fixed or someone else does a better job at similar premise1 found this helpful
"VR Archeology: Secrets of Kulikovo Field" is a poorly made "archaeology experience" about some old Russian battleground. You don't do much, just look at some stuff and learn some Russian history. The game doesn't work with most common contemporay VR headsets and controllers, but you're not missing anything. What do you do in the game? It's more of a tech demo than anything else, just look around and do some mini-activities by waving your arms around. But the game only seems to work with old Soviet era VR headsets. The graphics in this game are passable, but could be better. And while it's vital for any game to have impressive visuals (gaming is a visual medium, after all), there's more to a game than just the graphics. To be worth a gamers time, the game must match top tier visuals with top tier gameplay, and that's not happening here. It's VR exclusive, and that shows the developer failed to understand the most basic axiom of VR game design... if the only cool thing about your product is VR support, your product is not cool. Now on to pricing and value for gamers. This is "free" enough (not every "free" game in the "free" section is truly free, there's usually some hid…
I love Archaeology and would love to play this game but i am not able to grab the tablet so i am not able to play this game i would love to play if this is fixed(I play quest 2) it would be greatly appreciated.
Can't review at this time as I am unable to start. On the opening screen I see 3 flags for language, I am unable to select any of them. when I grip I can see a faint laser pointer but it doesn't seem to activate the flag. Using a meta quest 2, wired connection.
