I read the review comparing this game to VRacer Hoverbike and was like, this can't be that bad. However, then I decided to get VRacer Hoverbike and understood the point. That game does have a way better controls implementation, option to counter steer or lean the handlebar. On top of that it allows you to mix it with body/shoulders lean to your liking, making it the best motorcycle control in VR so far! So, yes, the devs of VRider should definitely take a look at VRacer Hoverbike and implement similar control options. I also would like to see additional options for home made controllers and even steering wheels. Other than that, there are serious performance issues with the graphics. I have a powerful PC with a RTX4080S and had awful stutters during racing in High settings. This shouldn't happen. The AA is broken, their software AA implementation is a joke. DLSS stops working and you have to reset it every time you run the game. I want to see updates for the current seasons, 23 is quite far back and outdated. I hope the devs put some effort into fixing the game to make it worth the money and time. In the current state, this game is not recommended.5 found this helpful
Don't bother. The Controls suck, the graphics suck and the updates they promised don't happen.4 found this helpful
playing on a first gen HTC vive.... the game itself is a testament to the lack of games trying to replicate the thrill of riding. it is becasue of that fact alone that this pioneering title deserves patience and grace to polish. Perhaps this title wont be the one that gets it right, but we owe to VRider to acknowledge that they were the first to start the conversation on the subject that is motorcycle simulation. small tweak that will make the experience a bit more immersive is to have the steering more towards a horizontal plane of movement (couple degrees upwards for the rake off the horizon). a more complex tweak would be to include counter steering. they get these things down and you got yourself a far more realistic feel akin to actual motorcycle riding. thanks Devs for launching . been waiting on this game for a year now3 found this helpful

Good Game, let down by poor graphics (Looks like an old PS2 game with that blurry distance detail, which does not help when trying to learn circuits). Game requires a lot of practice to master real life circuits. Took me about 4 hours before I felt comfortable enough to get used to bike options and compete. Put in the effort and you will be rewarded! Hopefully developers can continue improving graphics and we could end up with an excellent game.
If this was a sim with an arcade mode it would be great. We are severely lacking a up to date sim MC game with VR. Still needs work but fun.
