About Warranty Man

After a long day you just want to get home, so you head to the parking garage, but something doesn't feel right. Something lurks in the dark, something that stalks you, something that wants to sell you overpriced insurance. To make things worse, you have lost your parking card and are out of cash. Your task is to find the parking card and find some money to pay for your stay at one of the Park 'n Pay machines. While you wander the long tunnels and spacious halls of the underground garage, you may find yourself face to face with Warranty Man, or maybe he will walk up to you from behind, you always need to be on the lookout.InstructionsThe rules are simple to successfully evade Warranty Man and escape
• Find your lost parking ticket, you need this to pay for your parking
• Collect some cash, luckily there are a lots of lost bank notes scattered around
• Collected all of the above? Find a Park 'n Pay machine
• Are you being chased by the salesman? No Problem!
• First, do not look at him and try to outrun your chaser, eventually he will disappear
• Second, look around, can you see any vans nearby? Go near it to pretend its yours, he doesn't sell insurance for those things. He will leave you alone, just do not look at him
• Got caught and had to buy insurance? Well, there is always the Retry button
• PlaytimeThe first successful run should take 30-60 minutes to complete. There are no saves, once you are caught it's game over. The locations of the bank notes and the parkig card are random on each run, so as the frequency of the salesman apparitions. The difficulty of each run is influenced by those things.

Hello, welcome all Chuds, Gamers, and other Nerds. I aim to 100% all the games that catch my eye and join the sea of reviews on this platform. Most will never read this, but I will review the games I find simply and thoroughly. 1 What is "Warranty Man?" A PS1 styled “Slender: The Eight Pages” clone. 2 What does this game play like? Walk and collect the notes (bank notes in this game) before the “Warranty Man” finds you. Simple rankings Story NA/10: None to speak of. Game play 5/10: The map is far too large for what this game wants to be. (The map is very creepy and could have been used well in another game, but that game does not exist.) You will spend the majority of your time wandering around the empty parking garage, and when the warranty man finds you, you will have ended up wasting 15 minutes or more of game time. Overall 5/10: The game works. That’s about it for positives. If you want a “collect the 8 x” game, go download “Slender: The Eight Pages,” as this game is not worth anyone’s time.

This one's okay. Nothing special, though. Basically, it's a comical horror game where you collect dollar bills in a massive underground car park, all whilst avoiding the Slenderman-esque monster: the Warranty Man. As other reviews have pointed out, a possible criticism is that the map is perhaps a bit too big and could be scaled down somewhat. But if you're just in the mood for a very simple, barebones, comedic horror, then Warranty Man is fine in that regard. https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=dulhkpKys9A
Warning: AI Slop This game is partially or completely made with talentless, soulless AI generated content.

Warning: Asset Flip! "Warranty Man" is one of literally thousands of creatively bankrupt asset flips infesting Steam and lowering the average quality of all video games everywhere.
This is a garbage low quality Unity asset flip with some AI slop thrown in for good measure. Like so many asset flips on Steam, this is the result of dumping a bunch of plagiarised assets onto a basic first person horror game blueprint. The developer didn't even take this seriously, there's a joke premise about being sold car insurance. They don't even bother pretending it's rain anymore. So, "Warranty Man" is partially or completely made up of stock assets, "borrowed" from asset stores and free asset websites. Little, if anything in this game is the creation of the "developer". While there's no up front price for this asset flip, the other problem with asset flips is that when developers aren't capable of doing their job and creating high quality …

Good for putting you in a weird mood, or helping you to remain in a weird mood if you're already in one.
