About Wasteland Bites
"HEY, YOUR TRUCK STILL OPEN?"
Run a food truck in the post-apocalypse, serving bizarre meals to even stranger customers. Can you survive the high-pressure horrors of both the apocalyptic wasteland and customer service all at once?Mess up too many orders, serve the wrong freaks, or let something slip past you, and stress will pile up fast. Hit your limit, and it’s lights out."YOU GOT FOOD? I GOT MOUTH."
Hungry weirdos are lining up, and it’s your job to feed their freaky appetites. Toast, bowls, and shish kebabs - raw, cooked, rotten or radioactive - you've got to keep up! But sometimes, you'll simply need to feed them a bullet! It’s all part of the gig. Keep your truck moving, manage your limited resources, survive each stop, and maybe—just maybe—you’ll make it to that legendary non-irradiated beach on the horizon...What Steam players say

The game is bugged on the tutorial, let it cook and fingers crossed I hope it gets fixed!!!
Fully enjoying it so far! Got here by watching DieDevDie play the demo, played the demo myself, figured I really enjoy it and want the full term. The demo's cool ending also convinced me - so few developers put so much thought into ending a demonstration! Usually you just get the "This is as far as you can go, wishlist!" and no special animation. It was genuinely creepy, very well done. I also love how some of the details put into this. For example and without giving too much away, the fact that your hands shake during an encounter with a specific entity? That's such a neat little detail, it genuinely made it feel that much more powerful compared to the regular stuff. Haven't finished the game yet so I'm really curious what else is there, but even just what I've experienced so far makes this a solid 10/10 for all the lovers of this mix of genres! Kudos :)
Really enjoying this game. I'm still in the process of playing through it, but so far it has me hooked. It has a simple premise but does get challenging as the game progresses, with a wide range of characters coming to take a bite out of you. I understood how to play the game quickly, and everything not explained was quite simple to figure. The art style is nice and the characters look great. I love how some characters are a homage to other types of media and have mechanics related to the game/movie they are from. (I won't spoil any) The upgrade system and travel system is nice, you have a reason to try and perform well and not just do the bare minimum to survive. When cosmetics do get released I hope they give the player a small bonus effect too as that would be a nice incentive to grind the game to get enough money for them or complete challenges to unlock them. The newspaper segment is nice, there is clearly an underlying story that's being told and you get that story from snippets of newspaper or through character interactions every now and then. It's a fun way to piece together the lore, kind of like in Papers Please. Also, another plus, I haven't stumbled into any bugs o…
I'd have more fun with cbt in all honesty
