A very fun card tactical!
As one of the founders, I have way more hours off-Steam than on. It is a great game, addictively so, but I have to actively stop myself from playing because the developers stated they will wipe all progress (not purchases) on release. I value my time to much to grind in an MMO that will reset.
The game is fun, and I recommend it. It's easy to play for free, and the only buyable things are skins, so it's a true F2P with no P2W or P2Progress. Some dialogues and the general art are also done with a lot of love. What I don't like is the Goultard fight (Stage 39 in Book 1). I don't mind a difficult fight, but this should be an optional extra boss rather than a mandatory story progression fight, especially since we are forced to play a premade deck. The only video on YouTube is of someone who beat him while being one hit away from death. I lost the fight one hit away from winning, and it took me nearly an hour and three tries to get there. Every attempt takes about 20 minutes. I'm rather good at card games and have been among the top players in many titles like Gwent and MTG, so I'm not surprised that people spend hours on this boring fight without even coming close to beating him. So yeah, that fight is real BS. It's not even fun since you can't play your own deck. Also, the maze mission is tedious, even when you know where you are at all times. I don't get why they designed the game like this, especially since it doesn't have much to offer besides battles and story. Anyway, …
Game is genuinely really fun, especially with all the ways you can make different builds. Kind of sucks how little info we get from the devs concerning things like when updates are coming or when the early access will end. Overall I do recommend the game, just know that eventually (prob in years at the rate the game is going) your data will be reset on the early access ending.
Great game although it needs more players and it's supposed to get an overhaul at some point Basically it's a Dofus spinoff that is meant to be more casual
