Weird Hero is a humorous and challenging shoot'em up where the hero, SuperMegaDude, battles countless foes with his arsenal of weird weapons: the Flickinator, the Atomic Toaster, a magician's hat and other strange devices.
The world around you has gone mad. You're facing cyborgs from the future, giant anime heads (with eye beams, of course) and an unlikely criminal alliance of Australians, Japanese train robbers, Russian telnyashka-wearing suicide bombers and some biker gangs. What could bring such a diverse crowd together? How do the cyborgs fit in? What about the anime heads? What use is the Flickinator? What's going on?

Weird Hero is a 2D run-and-gun shooter developed and published by Snail-Ninja Studio that proudly embraces absurdity over convention. From the outset, the game makes it clear that it is less interested in serious storytelling or grounded design and more focused on chaotic action wrapped in offbeat humor. Players step into the role of an exaggerated action protagonist thrust into a world that feels stitched together from parody, retro shooter nostalgia, and deliberately strange creative impulses. The result is a game that stands out not for polish or depth, but for its commitment to being unapologetically weird. Gameplay follows the classic side-scrolling shooter template, evoking arcade-era run-and-gun titles. Movement is quick and responsive, and combat unfolds in eight directions, allowing players to fire diagonally and adapt to enemies attacking from multiple angles. Stages are filled with waves of foes that demand constant repositioning and reactive shooting. This game is sort of okay at wimp difficulty but besides that its a ♥♥♥♥♥♥♥ joke it takes like 30 minutes to get a massive headache from the 20 fps cap this ''game'' should have been aborted... I don't care even if this was free i would still ask for refund... thank ♥♥♥♥ steam has a hide this game feature im going blind just looking at it.
