About Welcome to Kowloon
Welcome to Kowloon - is a first-person indie horror game in the walking simulator genre.
The average time to complete the game is 50 minutes.
Under the misty skies of China lay Kowloon, the most densely populated city, a tangle of narrow streets and endless passageways. Here, time lost its meaning, and the buildings merged into one indistinguishable sea of iron, concrete, and glass. Every step in this city led to a new discovery, a new story hidden within its walls. Hidden in the heart of Kowloon are places that defy description. Mysterious backstreets and cramped alleyways where the locals lived their hidden lives.
ㅤ
Poverty and gang violence flourish in the heart of the neighborhood. However, for a young student, the first and most urgent desire is to find cheap housing.
When he crossed the threshold of his new home, he instantly felt himself drawn into a different reality. The inhabitants of this marvelous place seemed to keep their secrets from the gaze of outsiders. There was mystery in every look, mystery in every whisper, as if they were guarding something important, hidden from view.
You will have to visit a frightening place inhabited by creepy personalities.
Beautiful graphics and high quality 3D sound will help you to fully experience the atmosphere of the game.

This short horror escape game isn't bad. It looks really good, although the FOV feels very narrow to me and there's a slight fish eye lens view. I think the atmosphere is really tense, given there's little in the way of music and some muffled talking behind closed doors was quite realistic. Everything else is just the usual trope of finding keys/items to continue with a few jump scares thrown in, however it's done really well. Good way to kill 45 minutes if on sale.2 found this helpful
Another banger! Still pretty short, so make sure you get it on sale, but still really good!
I really like it when games are inspired by real-life stuff - in this case, Kowloon Walled City. However, the game itself lacks some more story. Feels like we're aimlessly walking around through a chaotic place, unsure why some things happen and the scares were somehow weak. It's not like I didn't get scared, but something felt less enjoyable about them. There's also a code "5913" that shows on a small cutscene and we never got to use it... I'll still recommend the game, but mostly because I'm easy to please when it comes to horror games. In the end, I think this game could have been better :')
:3
The game has a great environment, and the way it gradually becomes more unsettling feels heavy. However, the magic also quickly starts disappearing once you feel that you're just triggering A, B and C as you move around the place. The behaviour of the crosshair also didn't help. Sometimes it becomes a challenge to pick something up or open a door. It does some things right but it's not great.
Mira, yo me cago en el hijo puta que no sabe diseñar una puerta.
