What The Hack!

[h1] As AI control vacuum bots, cameras, lifts and drones. Definitely good for your brains (in case if you have plenty). Gameplay is all about possessing and taking control over electronic objects and using it to your advantage. You can't possess humanoid bots, because they're too smart for you :) Short game, can be completed under hour. Levels are somewhat frustrating but unique approach make this game worth checking out. Truly showing the power that a small dedicated team can have. Nice graphics with a distinct art style. The gameplay is fluid while also being rewarding. The concept is also good. More people should play this game and this shouldn´t be free. My only problem with the game is that it ended.

Short and sweet.

Not a bad game, wish there was a tad more to it though. the first few puzzles were easy, but the last one did take me a few attempts to get it done. i ended up doing it twice cause i realized the first time i did it was overly complicated. i do also wish there was a bit more in the way of puzzles and maybe even alternative solutions. at one point i found a vent that i could open, but i couldnt get into it as something was blocking my path and i didnt know what the point of it was since the level end was right there anyways. oh, but be aware, i couldnt find an in game volume control or any sort of settings in general, so be prepped for a loud intro and gameplay.

This game was so fun to play! Love that I got to cosplay as a robot vacuum and try to escape. Loved the soundtrack, loved the style, can we have some more please? Needs a full game for sure!

This is yet another student project, one of literally thousands self-published on Steam Direct. It's from Hogeschool West-Vlaanderen in Europe. Student projects might look better than amateur shovelware, but they aren't real games. This is just a glorified homework assignment. It lacks the depth and value you get from professionally developed product because it was made for a grade, not for players. Schools, colleges and universities shouldn't be using Steam to show off student projects. It might be fine for the school's marketing, but it clutters the Steam store with pollution... we have to sort past all these short student tech demos just so we can find real, full games from professional developers. This is a case of a game dev college putting its own interests before the interests of gamers. This is one of those student projects that's a little heartbreaking because with a lot more polish and a lot more content, it would be a winner, beating a lot of other paid products on Steam. A fun enough concept, you control a robot in a mildly comedic facility where you have to escape and not get erased, which means first person platformer/obstacle puzzling, and hacking stuff... there'…
