STORY

You are The Seer of Valinorth.

Blessed by the realm of spirits, you are given visions of the future in order to steer your nation's history down the right path. However, one night, a vision shakes the very foundation of everything you know. Forced to leave your home for good, you are thrust into the larger world of Alestia, and taken in by the arms of The Rebellion. Vying for freedom from the tyrannical rulers of the world – The Triumvirate -- The Rebellion fights for liberation.

At the center of this conflict is the mysterious “Blade of Exodus”. Once belonging to The Triumvirate themselves, it seems the key to victory may lie in using their own weapon against them. But who can wield an artifact of such immense power? Is victory really within reach, or will The Rebellion fall and be lost to history? The fate of everything rests on your shoulders alone, Seer.

Honestly, I don't see how this game received such outstanding positive reviews. Don't get me wrong, I took my time with it properly and I'd really love to like it. It's pretty, it's well voiced and it's certainly made with love. But the overall writing, the (seemingly) little impact of your given "choices" and the almost non-existent character development left me feeling rather frustrated. It didn't help that I took a dislike to the playable character fairly early on that only grew stronger throughout the gameplay. Quite frankly, to the point that I was desperately looking for the first opportunity to get rid of them. Imo the seer/seeress is dumb as a rock. And there is literally nothing the player can do about it but endure till the end or quit early.

10/10 I went into this game expecting “Furry Visual Novel with Adventure RPG Elements.” And while that wasn’t entirely correct, I think the game satisfied all of those itches and went beyond them to be something more. Pros: - Story 9/10 - Voice Acting 10/10 - Art 8/10 - Music 12/10 (I’m sorry it’s just so good) - Furry 10/10 - Romance 8/10 Cons: - No tree of good and bad endings; more like one good ending with a hundred different little factors along the way changing the final epilogue, or you don’t make it to the end. There are “bad endings” with party NPCs but they don’t feel very impactful to me. - Can’t really fall “out of love” with anyone (though I believe you can romance all the romance-able characters at once, if you want, and sometimes there is even dialogue between them about this!). I made the mistake of romancing a character once that I was stuck either having love dialogue with the rest of the game or losing their friendship entirely. ———————————————————— Breakdown of each aspect of what I THOUGHT the game was going to be: As a visual novel, the story delivers a rich world with a good depth of lore, excitement, tons of emotion, and Consequence (capitalized fo…

Of all of Klace's games to date, this is my current favorite. I thoroughly enjoyed this story, even though the plot is mostly linear, with some variations depending on your unique choices. The characters were fun to date as well, tho the dating element was quite tame for the most part, the characters were cute. Voice acting was good with an array of different personalities in there too. The artwork for the characters and scenery was pleasant to sight, and music was great as well. Im happy with my experience, i recommend this furry VN.

Wonderful story and characters. Honestly upset with myself for not playing this sooner... I played Komorebi and didn't think much could top that, but this one did for me. Choices truly do matter and branch in seemingly endless correlation.

I think this could be one of the best visual novels i have ever played. The good endings are satisfied for me, and the bad endings did give me some discomfort trying it out of curiousity. Honestly, great game
