World of Diving

Abandonware. Game devs not interested. Game doesn't even launch anymore. Don't waste your money. Game has been taken off for sale on steam, but may still be available on other platforms. It's a shame, as it was good when it first came out before the devs abandoned it.

I know this dove game gets a lot of hate, but this really is a good diving game. It's a relaxing game as an avid. Divers, almost 30 years and as a certified dive master. This is a fun game. I hate that you know it's not in development. Anymore, some things that would have made it better is having the dive certification program in it where you would go through basic underwater diver. Advanced diver rescue diver cave diver dry suit diver that type of stuff that would have been really a good add-on for it, but it is a fun relaxing game. My niece loves it. She's played it a lot, especially in VR, is great in VR. It's just a relaxing game.p

I purchased this game many years ago and never really got around to immerse myself into it because of a busy real life. Now, as a father of several children, I find myself exploring the depths of these waters together with my kids, the latter who enjoy and absolutely adore games like Ecco the dolphin on Dreamcast. We just started playing again and are really happy and kinda surprised by how beautiful the underwater areas look with all the different types of sea life and flora. It feels like your were heading into an interesting direction with this game, similar to Endless Ocean on Wii. A shame that you have to pull the plug now, but for what it's worth, the vision is good and the game is in fact fun, even without the use of VR. Maybe you'll reconsider your decision one day, because we don't have enough high quality underwater games in 2025. Cheers

more abandonware from the early days of early access. The devs waited years to let us know they are going to delist the game and stop further development. Garbage
