The game clearly criticizes the exploitation of workers in work space, by sheding light on the abuse suffered by construction workers on a day to day basis. Every day they have to put up with workers from rival construction companies throwing debris at them, as well as wasting valuable paint, which makes everything all the more messier. As a game, there are flaws, but I think that's just a metaphor for all things in nature. Even though none is symmetrical, nothing could ever be more perfect.
