X-Mode is a free-to-play medium paced multiplayer FPS with a variety of different gamemodes to play. Perfect for quick casual games with friends or if you're more hardcore you can grind for the top of the global leaderboard.

ABOUT THE DEVELOPER
X-Mode was almost completely solo developed by xzippyachx, a solo indie developer making video games as a hobby since 2015. X-Mode started development in early 2020 and is their first game released on Steam. X-Mode's development process was also documented on YouTube.

Controls are a bit awkward and buggy, but the game itself is fun. If the dev fixes the controls so that Left Stick Up is "LS/Up" instead of "LS/Y" and mouse wheel can wrap back to the beginning/end of the weapons list like the Y button can (trust me, this all makes sense in context), I can definitely see myself playing this game a lot more.1 found this helpful
