Yet another tower defence

"Yet another tower defence" is a simplistic Unity base tower defense game. You've got a small number of upgradeable turrets and a couple of direct point and click attacks... and that's all there is to this. There's a tongue-in-cheek "meta" theme as the game admits it's just another TD game... and I'm pretty sure the game assets are all stolen/flipped, certainly, if this is the case, they are uncredited, and that's not okay. From a technical perspective, the game doesn't meet basic minimum requirements that most PC gamers expect as standard. The game features lazy low-polygon "retro" assets, making this look like a barely functional 3D game from the mid 2000s. It's unclear why the developers weren't able to arrange high quality, high polygon count contemporary assets for the game, and also irrelevant... what matters is that this looks bad as a result of their decisions, a compromise PC gamers shouldn't have to put up with. This looks and feels like a mobile app, but it doesn't seem to have made it to the app stores. It's unclear why this was put on Steam instead of the app stores it seems to have been designed for. Got this in a bundle, figured I'd try to get all the achievements since I have it. It sucks. There's no balance. You have to use cheat codes to beat many of the levels. It was kind of fun for a bit, but needing cheat codes kind of spoiled it for me. One of the levels is severely bugged. You're supposed to see numbers on pillars, but the numbers aren't there...unless you turn the camera and then you can see them floating backwards in the air. It's low effort, but could have been good.

This game has significant potential if it were refined and free of bugs. The cheat code "greedisgood" completely disrupts gameplay. To use it, simply press enter, type the code, and repeatedly hit the ENTER key until you accumulate the desired number of crystals. Thanks to this cheat, I unlocked all achievements while still having 6 (or 8) levels left to explore. After completing the achievements, I uninstalled the game without finishing it, as I lacked the motivation to continue. This cheat is also applicable in the chicken level. I truly appreciate the charming 3D graphics presented here. The levels are visually appealing, and the monsters are well-designed.

Game is fun.(Have some funny bonus) UX is neat and simple. Graphic is good enough for me. Though have some odd translation and master volume is not full worked. It is still worthy to try.
