P.S. We did not dare to make the PC version for a long time, but since many fans of the mobile version wanted to play with full access to the content on the PC, we decided to go for the desires of our players.

you get exactly what the trailer and the screenshots promise. nothing fancy or special about it but a solid game for a small price to keep you entertained during a rainy weekend. the game reminds me of the old zombie themed flash browser games from 15 years ago and it comes with surprisingly catchy music. some money grinding is involved to get upgrades for your cars unlocked so that's not exactly peak gameplay but in a game like this i really don't mind. finishing & 100%ing the game took 4 1/2 hours. overall casual difficulty level but it's fun for a day or two and that's fine by me. back to my review of Zombie Derby: https://steamcommunity.com/id/Meister_Leuchte/recommended/831770

Way better than Zombie Derby and Zombie Derby 2 combined, no need to worry about the fuel which is a huge + You can easily avoid some damage when wheeling. It's also easier than the previous games also more beginner friendly even though the story takes longer to get through it's still fun.
Braindead
I'm no PC gaming elitist, and going into Zombie Derby: Pixel Survival (a game title assembled seemingly out of app store search terms) I was fully aware that I was about to play a mobile port. "Mobile port" is a tarnished term, but having played plenty of exceptional ports over the years such as Deep Dungeons of Doom, Moto RKD Dash, and even the masterpiece Super Hexagon, I went into this one with an open mind. I left mindless, no longer a meal fit for even the most famished of zombies. Cyclical pseudo/Suno dad-rock still spinning in the empty confines of my cranium, I pencil what little thoughts I still have left. Zombie Derby has more of the fingerprints of a mobile game than there are smudged on my phone screen. Prepare for:

Star ratings at the end of levels
Upgrades
Grinding (LOTS of grinding)
Voxel graphics
Sensory assault
To use reviewer speak: it really makes you feel like [strike]Batman[/stri…

If you like playing the old phone games that are similar, then you know what to expect. It has good progression and mechanics, so it kept me entertained the entire way. Drive as far as you can, spend money earned on getting farther. Repeat. For what it aims to do, 8/10

Zombie Derby: Pixel Survival, developed and published by Brinemedia, is an arcade-style vehicular action game that combines side-scrolling driving mechanics with zombie-slaying survival elements. Built around a straightforward but addictive gameplay loop, it places players behind the wheel of heavily armed vehicles and challenges them to traverse hazardous terrain filled with relentless undead hordes. Rather than presenting a deep narrative or open-world exploration, the game focuses on fast-paced runs, incremental upgrades, and the satisfying crunch of mowing down zombies as you push toward the end of each level. Gameplay unfolds in a 2D side-view format where players accelerate, brake, tilt their vehicle midair, and fire mounted weapons at approaching enemies. The objective is simple: reach the end of each stage without running out of fuel or destroying your vehicle. Along the way, players must manage limited ammunition, fuel consumption, and vehicle durability. Zombies crowd the road in dense clusters, acting both as obstacles and opportunities—running them over slows you down but earns points, while shooting them clears paths but consumes precious ammo. Balancing these resourc…

It is a mobile game and very very very grindy. You have to buy new cars for every! map, then upgrade them at least halfway, so you can get through that map. It is good for mobile, but I want something more from a pc game
