Whisper Mountain Outbreak

Solo mode is not balanced, nor in a good state. This game is permadeath. Nowhere in the page does it say this. Three failures, and its gg, lose it all. This game also favors a lose and lose approach, its just better to start over a run vs trying to recover due to expended ammo, resources, and items carried forward, especially for holdouts, or if you get a police station with a wave, because it needs more than 1 person to do it fast. Wave 5, has three spawned minibosses, these things take staggeringly high levels of ammo to finish, usually 90-120 shots, you are not going to have that, and the next wave has 4 of them. The puzzles don't help as there is no pause in solo short of exiting out to menu. And because this game has escalating matters of waves, including minibosses that are at best, unfun, at worst, run enders due to grabs. Buy something better with your money. Like an actual RE game when it goes on sale. I cant get this refunded due to 40 minutes over the 2 hour window.

Fantastic game, just played it for about 3-4 hours overnight and completed the campaign, looking forward to playing it again. Don't listen to anyone complaining about replayability when they've only got one hour in the game lmfao

so far ive had a ton of fun playing solo but im often get a bug while aiming a gun where i get stuck holing the gun unable to aim else where or shoot im sure it will be fixed soon

Plays like a tactical BSAA operation from RE5 retrofitted into an intense roguelike loop. The atmosphere is thick, the combat is incredibly fun, and the enemy designs are grotesque and terrifying. Easily worth picking up with friends. Also the music is really good and makes hordes very fun to fight against.
