Geo Grinder

At the moment I wouldn't recommend it. I play a lot of incremental stuff so being short isn't a downside for me but it feels like there barely enough to drag it to the 2 hour mark, a lot of that time is just monotonous and given the environment you kinda just feel like you're trapped in Limbo. The progression feels ok in the beginning, but it snowballs to the point where it feels like you're getting a massive chunk of upgrades and still not really getting anywhere because you're so close to the end already and now you have to wait through all the waves again just to see a bit more of an improvement. The currency system is unbalanced, I never once felt like the 2nd and 3rd currencies required any amount of grinding, I always had way more than enough so their inclusion felt pointless. I made it to the final boss without half the weapons even unlocked, and yet still after buying them and the rest of the upgrades, the game is now just sitting there while the waves count down to the boss spawn, then having to move around to dodge for most of them since they'll still be able to kill you if you're not paying attention, and spending who knows how long waiting for the bosses to die. Pretty fun overall, kinda slow on the start but once you get some momentum it feels good. If there are going to be quality of life updates I'd ask you consider letting me go to main menu from the upgrade screen. Also having the ability to map the key I use to drag the upgrade screen would be nice, my scroll wheel doesnt stay clicked well so it kinda was a struggle to navigate. Otherwise pretty fun and the boss shapes all seem to have different firing patterns to work around. I'm not super far in but I see myself continuing for a while in the future. Update: Still enjoying it, I would recommend anyone trying to beat this game get to the shield upgrade as soon as possible, its basically necessary for the lategame patterns. The bosses have stayed fun and unique and I appreciate the weapon upgrades you get, chain lightning is my favorite. I would suggest avoiding the dash, it does more harm than good and sends you way too far, I've died to trying to use it several times. I do have a question though, what are currency B and C for. I've gotten to boss 10 once and didn't beat it so I don't know if this currency is exclusive to hard mode or something, but I have like 20k of each currency…

I think the game has good basics but there are a lot of issue. First i think the upgrades that add more enemies are broken. I upgrade the the first one of those upgrades to the max and there was the same amount of enemies as when I first started the game. The numbers are a little hard to read sometimes and i wish there were different font options. The upgrade screen does not return you to the center of the upgrade tree after you finish a run and you have to scroll out and click on an upgrade on the tree to move the camera. (you might be able to move it freely I could just be dumb....) You do not get a lot of currency after a run and you full clear the screen easily after you get the first few speed upgrades. I wish the bosses had a health bar as well. ( you could use the red bar at the bottom of the screen for this) I can not recommend this game as it is because it just feels too slow to upgrade stuff early on and the game is not fun because of how slow it is.
