⛏️ 19 Hours In And Apparently I Still Haven't Fractured Enough Worlds Fracture Field is one of those incremental games that starts with an incredibly simple idea and then somehow manages to convince me that breaking the same rocks thousands of times is a perfectly reasonable way to spend my time. The basic loop is very easy to understand. Mine Stone, spend what you earn on upgrades, unlock Clay and continue working your way through increasingly valuable resources. Along the way you'll improve your click, unlock and upgrade drones, automate more of the work and steadily become considerably better at destroying everything put in front of you. Eventually progress slows down enough that it makes sense to Fracture the world. That resets much of what you've built in exchange for prestige upgrades that make the next journey faster. Get far enough and another layer appears with Reality Shatters, resetting even more of your progress in exchange for permanent upgrades. Then you do it all again. And again. And again. That's incremental games for you, and Fracture Field does the basic loop extremely well. There's always another upgrade to aim for, and one of my favourite parts remains t…2 found this helpful

The game is fun to start, but the meta progression is slow, it becomes a boring grindfest.
Loved the Note at the end after completion. What a nice touch. Would buy again
Very fun, I love a double prestige mechanic in games and this one did it well.
Insane amount of achivements feels like heroine for a good bit of the game just straight achivement pumped into your viens. Gets kinda boring towards the end but like its a long road there so definetly worht the price tag
