Pedal to the metal is a truck driving game where you do jobs and try and deliver cargo. There is police that chase you if you do the wrong things. Your truck can be upgraded. The graphics are very good for an old game I recommend this to any truck fan. 6/10

Man, this takes me back! I remember buying this brand new back in 2004 and played it on my Dell Dimension 4600. It ran like crap but I was 10 years old and didn't care xD I'm happy it can still run on modern hardware of today.
