Japanese company used to stand for good enginnering, innovative, attention to details and perfectionist. Not anymore. Looking at this Nobunage's Ambition launch on Steam, If I need applocal to open this game, this means Koei doesn't care. Koei lost it, Koei is telling the world they are rude, messy and will launch products without making it workable for everyone. Japan got lock in their small island because they don't care about the world, STEAM is an international platform, if you launch games on it, make it work for everyone.

信仰充值之购买 As far as I can remember, 20 years ago I was engaged in this game with my classmates at our teenages, one fun thing is to watch all AI fighting, at that dos-version it is quite easy, I can just watch the result of cities changing their ownership wighout watching detailed battle during the war, but in this game I have to watch each detailed battle or I can't see the chaning ownership of cities. I miss the old dos one which is 6mb. And the opening Overture music when you select scenario is very exciting in dos-midi, quite better than nowadays mp3 to hear Entering scenario selecting menu 7 times you'll get an extra scenario, 1582, on Nobunaga's death. In game text is broken and unable to play game. I tried everything which I could find in community for trouble shooting but it didn't work. Maybe I didn't exactly follow the directions, however, is it expected to find way for trouble shooting to play game I payed for?
