Absolutely amazing! Star Ocean: The Last Hope is fun, entertaining, and just incredible. I love the story and the visuals — everything about this game grabs me and pulls me in. As a prequel to the rest of the series, it does such a great job setting things up while still feeling complete and satisfying on its own. The characters, the world, the gameplay… it all comes together so well. This game continues to remind me exactly why Star Ocean is one of my favorite franchises. Highly recommended for fans and newcomers alike!

An enjoyable fun game , Great characters , Only drawback is like all Square Enix games a grind at times

after completing the main story i have to admit its a good game with a good story, but it does have few issues lacks in a few ways. some pros and cons in my opinion. pros: good story with the option of Eng dubbed voice or original Japanese voices. good combat system that seem simple on the surface but has more than few layers to it. good tutorial at the beginning of the game that you can skip, but honestly if your new to star ocean 4 go through it all, every step. cons: the main gripe i have with the game, if you want to play with out crashes or other issues on windows 10, your going to need a third party software "Kaldaien's special k", tho with it the game runs buttery smooth with no crashes. the crafting system is kinda bleh, not horrible, but not great. other than the main story and farming there is not much to do. a few lack luster optional quests here and there that are... well they are there. honestly its not the best star ocean game, but its still a decent game with a good story. if you dont like needing to have a third party software and taking extra steps to get a game to run smooth, then id say you might want to skip this game. however if you dont min…
