In Strange Night II, they didn’t even include Steam cards, so you can't get your money back. Basically, it’s the same first-person exploration horror that just feels dragged out because it’s easy to get stuck. The graphics and blur effects are still amateurish, and while the sound no longer blasts at 200% during jump scares, it still doesn’t build real suspense. The tension tries to be there, but it fizzles out quickly. The gameplay is exhausting in its sheer pointlessness. The idea is to recharge cameras at the security post and run around to red points on the map: sometimes crawling into vents, sometimes breaking into some locked room. From the first part, the boring safe puzzle is back, and the new puzzles are just ridiculous. The last straw was the segment before the finale, where you have to collect five rats — that’s when I quit the game. This isn’t Five Nights at Freddy's, …

Another game that starts with no clue about what the hell is going on. You are in what seems to be an abandoned boarding school, but according to the title it was a hostel? There are some cameras that need to be recharged, but you learn about this by getting close to a camera and pressing a key. Why? What is going on? Anyway, the graphics do look good. The environment is nice. And so is the audio, I recognize some tunes here that I've heard on Youtube before. But the game is just running around in corridors. Not that interesting.

This "game" offers literally nothing, you just run around a small building with a flashlight and refill some camera's batteries. 2/10

A really strange indie game, the base idea is good but the execution not so much, the game is buggy and really confusing, it doesn't tell you anything, not even a note found in the game, which makes everything feel really annoying, but some parts I found funny, for example the guy touching is butt and the people in the bedroom, really unexpected but funny, if that was intended. Overall not a good game but not an awful one, it could have been made better, especially for the objectives part. Overall i give it a 4 out of ten, I hope your future games will be much better.
